Complete lead capture and consent flow
Step 1: Lead Capture Flow with TCPA Compliance
User Flow:
- User enters lead info (first name, last name, email, zip, phone, etc)
- Phone number is the last field before the consent checkbox
- TCPA checkbox and consent language are displayed below the phone field

Step 2: User Submits Form
Data Capture & Consent Verification
When the user clicks submit:
- The following is captured:
- Lead data (name, email...)
- Timestamp & IP address
- Consent URL (e.g., https://racerbrand.com/start/abc-race) - the URL where consent was given
- ActiveProspect TrustedForm certificate URL - the URL of the video recording
- The ActiveProspect script records the session, creating a video snapshot of the consent event.
- All data is sent in real time to the receiving system for lead capture and tracking.
